Why do my knees hurt after Zumba?

Q: Why do my knees hurt after Zumba?

Sneakers grip floors limiting movement, causing injury to ankles and knees. This is why you need The DanceSocks!  Stop sticking and pivot freely in any sneaker.

Take the test.

Stand on the balls of your feet and try to complete a 180 degree pivot.  The resistance you will feel on smooth surfaces like wood, marley, tile, etc is what causes injuries.  Multiply that by the hundreds of times you are asked to perform this motion in one dance fitness class.

The Best Sneakers are Yours.

Look around your class and you will see that 99% of the people are wearing the same sneakers they wear for all their gym activities.  You should be able to wear the sneakers you want; the best for support, comfort and convenience.   However,  sneakers are designed for forward and backward motion like running not the twisting and turning  required in all dance forms.  The DanceSocks and your favorite kicks are the perfect combination.

Q: Will they make my sneakers too slick?
No.  If you need additional grip pull the DanceSocks further onto your sneaker exposing more toe.
The material is adjustable so you can stretch or fold.  Coverage depends of dance style, sneaker, flooring and personal preference.  Always test placement before dancing and be patient.  The DanceSocks are a new piece of training gear and should be treated as such.

A Friend with Benefits.

The DanceSocks are so soft on your feet you will forget you have them on except for being able to twist and turn.  They were designed by a dancer.  So, they work, they're cute and they feel awesome.

Sooooooooo inexpensive!

The DanceSocks come in 2 pair packs for only $10.00, so buy a pack and share with a friend!  They were designed for smooth floors like wood and are available in black, pink and grey.  Great for Salsa, Swing, Hip Hop, Line Dance, Folk Dances and dance fitness like Zumba.
